The strong magnets have been tested to lift loads of upto 1200g and this is to ensure your phone does not fall off while driving. You may choose to charge without a case or a mag-safe case but this product will not support regular cases, unless used with our universal mounting ring in the box.

Our wireless charger for car dashboard can be easily powered with a QC18W or PD20W Car Charger ( not included). The cable included in the box is a Type C-C 20W PD Cable. If powered with a normal car charger 2A/2.4A you may experience a slow charge so please ensure you use the recommended chargers for an optimum charging experience.
