Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns & Warranty Policy
We value our customers and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. The following policy governs refunds, warranties, returns, and related shipping reimbursements for products purchased from our store. These terms are intended to be read together with the product description, any manufacturer warranty, and applicable laws.
1. Refund Policy
No Refunds for Purchased Products.
Once a product is purchased from our store, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final except as set out below under warranty-supported replacements or repairs. This clause is without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
Assistance with Issues.
Although refunds are not available, we are committed to helping customers resolve legitimate product issues through the warranty process, repair, or replacement, subject to the terms below.
2. Warranty and Returns — General
Warranty Information.
Warranty coverage, duration, and specific terms (if any) for each product are provided in the product description and/or the manufacturer’s warranty documentation. Customers should review those details prior to purchase.
No General Returns.
We do not provide returns or refunds for change-of-mind, buyer’s remorse, or reasons not covered by a valid warranty. If a product is covered by a valid warranty and a defect arises within the warranty period, we will work to repair or replace the product as described in this policy.
3. Warranty Claims, Replacement & Repair
Initiating a Claim.
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our customer support through the chat box on our website or via the contact details provided on the product page. The customer must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number or invoice), a clear description of the defect, and any supporting photographs or videos if requested.
Return Authorisation.
Before shipping any product back, customers must obtain a return authorisation (RMA) or written pre-approval from us. Returns shipped without prior authorisation may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Inspection & Verification.
All returned items are subject to inspection. We (or the manufacturer) will verify whether the defect falls within the stated warranty terms. Replacement or repair will be provided only for defects covered by the applicable warranty.
Replacement Condition.
Replacements may be new or refurbished at our sole discretion. When a product is replaced, the original or replacement warranty terms may apply as stipulated by the manufacturer.
4. Return Shipping and Reimbursement (Warranty-Covered Items)
Company-Arranged Pick-Up Preferred.
If a product is eligible for return under a valid warranty, we willfirst attemptto arrange return shipping through the courier companies we use. If we are able to arrange courier pick-up and return, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the company and the customer will not be charged for that shipment.
Customer-Ship Option & Reimbursement Cap.
If, for any reason, company-arranged return shipping is not possible (for example, due to the customer’s location, courier service limitations, or other logistical constraints), the customer may be asked to ship the product to us. In such cases:
The customer must obtain pre-approval and a return authorisation (RMA) from us prior to shipping.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will reimburse the customer for courier charges incurred for the return shipment up to INR 300 (three hundred rupees), unless otherwise stated in the product description or agreed in writing. Reimbursement is subject to presentation of valid courier receipts and compliance with our return instructions.
The company’s decision to reimburse up to INR 300 will depend on the product type, size, and other factors and is at our reasonable discretion.
Excess Shipping Costs.
Any shipping costs in excess of INR 300 are the customer’s responsibility, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing prior to shipment.
Risk During Transit.
If the customer ships the item back to us, the risk of loss or damage during transit remains with the customer until the item is received and accepted by us, unless the return shipment was arranged by us and the courier terms state otherwise.
5. Right to Refuse or Deny Claims
Suspicious or Improper Claims.
We reserve the right to refuse or deny any warranty claim, replacement, repair, or reimbursement where we reasonably determine that:
The product’s defect is due to misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, improper installation, or neglect; or
The claim is fraudulent, the documentation provided is forged or misleading, or we identify other suspicious circumstances surrounding the return or claim; or
The product has been used in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions or product listing.
Consequences of Denial.
If a claim is denied after inspection, we will notify the customer with the reasons for denial and, at our option, may return the item to the customer at the customer’s expense or make other arrangements as agreed in writing.
6. Exclusions and Limitations
Exclusions.
Unless explicitly stated in the product warranty, warranties generally do not cover:
Consumable items (including batteries) that deteriorate with normal use;
Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents that do not affect functionality;
Damage caused by accidental damage, water ingress, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, or third‑party accessories;
Any costs other than those expressly covered by this policy (for example, installation, loss of use, or indirect or consequential losses).
Compliance with Law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude rights that a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws which cannot be waived by contract.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the Maximum Extent Permitted by Law.
Our aggregate liability to a customer for any loss or damage arising from a product sold by us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Dispute Resolution.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be addressed through the dispute resolution mechanism set out in our website terms and conditions, and if unresolved, may be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the company’s registered place of business, except where local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
